LobbyGuard Solutions, LLC Return Policy

LobbyGuard will accept returns and refund the purchase price of unopened items within 30 days of
purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unopened and returned in original shipping box
  • Visitor badge returns must be made in multiples of 10 rolls (1 box) of the same color badge
  • Frequent Visitor Keytag and Bar Code Sticker returns must be made in multiples of unused sheets of 20 items.
  • Custom logo items, including custom logo visitor badges and custom logo keytags, are NOT refundable and may not be returned.
  • Refund amount will be less the cost of shipping the item to the customer. Customer is responsible for packaging, shipping and insuring items for return to LobbyGuard. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY LOBBYGUARD.
  • Hardware returns may be subject to a restock fee. LobbyGuard Customer Service will provide this information during the RMA process. Refunds for such items will be less any applicable restock fee.
  • Returns are accepted for refund only. No substitutions or exchanges will be made available.
  • This policy applies only to items available for purchase at www.lobbyguard.com/supplies
  • If you wish to return an item please email customerservice@lobbyguard.com and include the following in your email:
    • Contact Name
    • Customer Name
    • Contact Phone Number
    • Order Number
    • Date of Purchase
    • Description of Item
