LobbyGuard offers installation and update assistance, software and hardware diagnostics, remote training and additional services on a scheduled basis. Priority support can also be scheduled ahead of time for onsite service representatives. Please complete the schedule form below in order to request specific dates and times for appointments. You must request three different times, at least a half business day in advance, and a LobbyGuard Support Representative will contact you to confirm a scheduled appointment time.
